We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to operate our specialized trash can cleaning truck and provide exceptional residential and commercial cleaning results. This is a dynamic role that combines professional driving with hands-on technical service and some customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Safe Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a non-CDL specialized trash can cleaning truck along predetermined routes.
Route Execution: Follow a daily cleaning schedule safely, and efficiently, utilizing GPS and route optimization technology via provided tablet and apps.
Cleaning Service:
Maneuver, lift, and secure residential and commercial trash/recycle bins onto the truck's hydraulic lifting mechanism.
Operate the truck's automated high-pressure, hot water cleaning system.
Perform necessary manual scrubbing/cleaning to ensure bins are thoroughly sanitized, disinfected, and deodorized.
Inspect cleaned bins, apply deodorizer, and return bins neatly to the customer's designated area.
Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (e.g., tires, fluid levels, lights, brakes).
Maintain the cleanliness and good working order of the truck and cleaning equipment, including dumping wastewater at designated disposal sites.
Promptly report any mechanical or system issues to the Director of Operations.
Customer Service: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and the public. Address minor customer inquiries and concerns.
Administrative: Complete daily paperwork/email, service logs, and update route/customer status on a mobile device/app accurately.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and local environmental regulations regarding wastewater disposal.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work Schedule: Must be available to work full-time hours beginning as early as 7:00 AM.
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is a plus.
Technology: Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for routing, service logs, and communication.
Background: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and a review of your Motor Vehicle Record.
